• For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
• For quality related warranty claims, Weighted Dinosaur refunds the shipping costs.

60 DAYS FREE REFUND Policy

As mentioned, postage / shipping is your responsibility and is not included in the refund process. Only the cost of the item is refundable. Once we have received your order, checked it out and are happy with it, we will process your refund using the same payment method provided at checkout. Please allow 60 days for a refund.

• Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
• Weighted Dinosaur must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
• The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
• It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
• For defective items that Weighted Dinosaur needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Weighted Dinosaur or if the defective item is not returned.
