REFUNDS

30 DAYS FREE REFUND Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days from your purchase date. We will then provide you with a return address to return your order. We do not cover the cost of return postage / shipping, this is your responsibility.

In order for a refund the be processed successfully, you must follow the three step exchanges process above. As mentioned, postage / shipping is your responsibility and is not included in the refund process. Only the cost of the item is refundable. Once we have received your order, checked it out and are happy with it, we will process your refund using the same payment method provided at checkout. Please allow 60 days for a refund.

• Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
• Weighted Dinosaur must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
• The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
• It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
• For defective items that Weighted Dinosaur needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Weighted Dinosaur or if the defective item is not returned.
